I came with with my hair in a puffy ponytail hoping to leave with it finally silk pressed and cared for but She did not show up. When I arrived the sh...op was locked and empty. I called the number on the booking site several times and my calls went straight to voicemail. I also texted the number as well… I waited 30 minutes. Her “assistant” called an hour later from the number on the booking site saying that she did not see my appointment on the site but my appointment was confirmed less than 48 hours prior. She tried to accommodate the situation but I had already booked an appoint somewhere else. Show more
