Anna did an AMAZING job with my classic extensions. They lasted for almost a month. Very consistently close to the lash line, perfect adhesion along t...he entire natural lash, and excellent length distribution for a natural look. Anna does the best lashes ever! It takes about 45 minutes for a refill and 1 hour for a full set. Facial is also really well done and takes about an h...our. Afterwards, my skin feels so soft, smooth, and blackhead free. This place is awesome from the services they provide(hair, nails, eyelashes, facials, etc.) down to their skilled and efficient staff. Anna's the best! Just had my third appointment with her and she always takes care of me with the most gentle touch. I wasn't a fan of eyelash extensio...ns, but I brought in a pair of eyelashes I typically wear, and she matched it to a T! She literally made it look flawless and natural. I also had a facial done yesterday, and yes, COVID is well and live, but! Anna wears her mask and sanitizes all her tools and constantly washes her hands. I highly recommend coming here! Everyone is very friendly and welcoming right when you walk in. I've been coming to Tracy for awhile now, and I couldn...'t be happier! I've tried a few different places here and there, but always end up coming back to Tracy because she does such an amazing job. She's very good at explaining which lashes will be better for you, depending on the lashes you have(think, thin, long, short, etc.). My mom comes to Tracy and I've also recommended a few coworkers as well, and they all love her! 10/10 recommend Show more

I have been coming to this shop for a year and a half now. First for nails, now for lashes. Tracy is so awesome! Her touch is gentle and is always ask...ing if everything feels ok. The lashes look natural and are very light weight. I wear glasses and contacts so the lashes are comfortable on whatever I decide to wear that day. They also last for two weeks or more, if I'm not rough on them (which I usually am). The pricing is also reasonable. While I'm here in California, this will be my go to lash extension location! I wanted a very specif...ic lash look (long and lush all the way from inner corner to outter) and they gave me that. I travel often for work and anytime I’m back in San Jose I will make sure to come here. I also like that they are very clean and at a good price. ☺️I got my lashes done here and I am so in love with them!!! They look amazing. The ladies there were very sweet and welcoming. Tracy ALWAYS very professional, she does my eyelashes and eyebrows im giving this 5 stars because of her amazing service and attention ro details.
I've been a customer at this shop for years since it began. I've always had the best service and their work has always been top notch. I've had lash...es applied at couple of other places and disliked the heavy handed treatment around my eyes. I wear contacts and it's uncomfortable when they rest on my eyes to steady their hand. Tracy is not only quick but has a very light touch. She's excellent. Show more
I've tried several other places around for gel mani and spa pedicures and they always do the best job for a reasonable price. Dont let the strip mall ...exterior fool you, the inside is clean and nice.
