I'm sorry you feel that way, as a business owner I always strive for 5 star reviews. My daughter was at my shop because she had a doctors appointment afterwards and I'm a very family oriented mother/ business owner. As far as the pictures, I hadn't sent you your before and after pictures yet, so im not sure how you came to the conclusion my pictures are deceiving. I take pride in taking unedited pictures for my clients. If truly unsatisfied I will give you a full refund. Take care and be well.
