So sorry for the inconvenience Hope you get to understand the booking process so you don't feel left out or feel cheated on. Every appointment explains itself. The add ons are available to fairly serve everyone. This is to allow clients pay for what they want by choosing the service they can afford. As a good hairstylist/business owner, it's up to me to decide what I can offer so far as the discount is concerned. Again, so sorry that you couldn't allow me to be good at the time of checkout because you were angry, even when I offered a discount. You quoted, "I don't want to owe anyone " Honestly you could have taken the discount available, but you rejected it out of anger just because you wanted to give my business a bad review. The braids looked great; however, had to wait 15 minutes until she got back from getting food (which was not a big deal). However, there was several “...hidden” fees within the service that what looked to be like a $32 service on Booksy ended up being $94. I only recognized that from the bill and was not told that the blowout was not included with a shampoo/condition and was an additional $10 and 30 extra minutes of time was added ($25). Also, booksy recognizes that there is a discount, but I never received one. The braids were good, but disappointed with everything else.

Awwww So sorry for the inconvenience But, you should have read the information carefully before and when booking. Yes I was walking to the restaurant when you were coming in. When you book your appointment, there's always a discount applied automatically, which was set up by me. Also, there's a add on for most services. It wouldn't be fair if I charge a person who's get two braids the same price as the person who is getting 4 braids and up. Also, if you wash your hair at home, I won't charge you for shampoo and conditioner. There's a blow out only price that's always available. So, your assessment now is to go back to the appointment as if you're scheduling and see if what I just stated here is wrong. Sometimes, a client like you only come to leave a negative review, and I really don't feel guilty for such, because I'm very honest with you all. Only God knows your intentions when you come in and your plans will not work. I made everything simple and fair enough. Everything is available according to the service you book. The 2 braids price is $40 originally, so now can you see why it is $32? It's discounted. I think you all who leave such review, lack understanding and the ability to read and comprehend. Read! Read! Read! Read with understanding. People who knows how to book, knows exactly what I am talking about. Thank you again for the 2 stars review. It can't break me at all.
