Not true I called you before the appointment, I told you I had to go and get my son. On my way back, you called me and said you wetheat the salon. I told you I was 10 minutes away. Just because you wanted to do all these things, that's why you left the salon, even with me telling you that I am 10 minutes away. Being professional is not always for the stylist alone. Why do client want the stylist to forgive them when they're wrong, but when it's the stylist turn, they want to leave a bad review and say the stylist is not professional? Sometimes, you guys need to understand that we all are human. At least I called you and told you that I needed to go and get my kids, so don't come here and say that I didn't call you until your appointment time. This is just not right, and you bad people need to stop this. The many good people who left me reviews on here are just good, I didn't ask them to say what they said about me. You're not a good person that's why you came here to spoil me. But, God is faithful always 🙏. Thank you sir.

I pre paid for a service on 7/12/24. The appoint was scheduled for 7/16/24 with Bantu Beauty ( Grace) for 2pm . Upon arrival to her home/establishment... I called grace for her to inform me that she was not there and forgot about my appointment. I ask for a refund, Mrs grace ask for my cash app information, I explain to her I do not have cash app I have Zelle . Mrs grace ask me to text her my Zelle Information in which I did along with pictures of my confirmed appointment and my deposit I made . I still haven’t received my refund for services I didn’t get . It’s day 3 and still no refund or communication. I have reported this establishment to Booksy and it’s under investigation. 0/10 I do not recommend And now she has changed my appointment to today without my consent. Just give my refund please. Day 4 still no refund . She even sent threatening text messages as if all of this is my fault. Idk who “them” “Those”, or “negative people like you are”and I’m sure not your honey. I was a new client inquiring about a service in which I never received . Grace, her behavior is very unprofessional and unacceptable did bad undermining business . I made the 3:15pm appt before 5am on the day of the appointment. My appointment time was confirmed several times before the scheduled time. Near the t...ime of the appointment, my daughter and her dad are at Sola Salons where the appointment is supposed to take place. At 3:18pm, I get a text with a different address. I responded that I was confused and asked if the appt is supposed to be at this new address. The response was “yes, sorry I was with a client”. C’mon! I made this appt before 5am, it was confirmed several times in the am and it was impossible to inform me of where the appointment was to take place!?! The appt took place in the apartment home. My daughter was uncomfortable in the environment but wanted her hair done and she was there. So many stylists on these booking sites are here to make money and aren’t able to provide the service they advertise. I’m not sure what’s going on here but it sure feels like false advertisement . I’d like to find a stylist who has the experience of providing good customer service, who genuinely has a reputable business and respects the paying customer opposed to presenting a false business, focused on what they can get from the customer. RESPONSE***Absolutely! If you have a client in the chair you should decide to honor that client and move forward accordingly. Your house was a mess, your baby was in a car seat on the floor crying and crying with the bottle between his or her legs. It was an uncomfortable experience. when you invite clients into your home/place of business, it may affect the their experience as in this case. Luckily, my daughter only paid for 2 “cornrows”. You are a service provider, this is about the service you provided.My daughter is 14 years old going into a strangers house and you’re concerned about her dad coming in with her. Point made! These service providers are looking for a quick buck. My advice, learn the business side of you genuinely have a skilled service to sell.2 feed-ins straight back with horrible edges! Show more

I am sorry for the inconvenience, but the only reason why she might have felt uncomfortable is because I didn't want her waiting or her dad waiting in the care. I had a client still in the chair. Normally, I don't even allow two people in my area. So, this is a wake up call for me. I am never going to feel sorry for anyone anymore. If you come and I am with a client, you will wait or cancel your appointment. Secondly, my business is organized, I know what I am doing and my grateful clients love and appreciate my work, it's nothing fake. I am posting her photos now so everyone can see what I did. People like you are really not welcome to my business area. Thank you so much for the 2 stars.
