Won’t be going back to her, I did not like the way she did me or my daughter’s hair. Her original price for my 7yo was 125 after she was done she chan...ged it to 145 talking about a up charge. She made my braids too big and nothing at all how I wanted them. And braids were way too tight, she also messed up my ends cutting it uneven. Wouldn’t recommend unless you wanna waste your money. I ended up taking the feed ins out the next day. You can post pictures all you want the point is you did not do the styles to my liking at all. And again you chopped at the ends making it noticeably uneven which you can clearly see in the picture I uploaded and at was the reason for the upcharge on my 7yo why did the price suddenly go from 120 to 145 ? How about you speak on that. I do not care about the 68 stars that has nothing to do with my experience that I had with you personally if I could I would give zero stars. My sister came to you as well come to find out & she did not like the way you did her hair either she said it was way too tight and you didn’t even give her a part with sewing she ended up taking hers down the next day as well. I di...d not like the way she braided our hair at all I ended up taking mine down due to how tight she braided as well as braids not being done to my liking. She also cut my ends uneven making it look even worse. Then accused me of cutting it, I took it down a day after. Wouldn’t recommend unless you wanna waste your money. God has nothing to do with it why do you keep bringing him in it ? You sound crazy I did not like the way you styled and braided our hair you rushed and made my braids way too big for me to have payed you over 200 dollars for feed ins and boho it’s as simple as that & last thing then im done with your delusional self you wasn’t even about to answer the phone for our scheduled appointment after I called you numerous times and I know you seen it I had to call you from a whole different number just to get you to answer which was 🚩 number 1 Show more

Not true I called you before the appointment, I told you I had to go and get my son. On my way back, you called me and said you wetheat the salon. I told you I was 10 minutes away. Just because you wanted to do all these things, that's why you left the salon, even with me telling you that I am 10 minutes away. Being professional is not always for the stylist alone. Why do client want the stylist to forgive them when they're wrong, but when it's the stylist turn, they want to leave a bad review and say the stylist is not professional? Sometimes, you guys need to understand that we all are human. At least I called you and told you that I needed to go and get my kids, so don't come here and say that I didn't call you until your appointment time. This is just not right, and you bad people need to stop this. The many good people who left me reviews on here are just good, I didn't ask them to say what they said about me. You're not a good person that's why you came here to spoil me. But, God is faithful always 🙏. Thank you sir.

I pre paid for a service on 7/12/24. The appoint was scheduled for 7/16/24 with Bantu Beauty ( Grace) for 2pm . Upon arrival to her home/establishment... I called grace for her to inform me that she was not there and forgot about my appointment. I ask for a refund, Mrs grace ask for my cash app information, I explain to her I do not have cash app I have Zelle . Mrs grace ask me to text her my Zelle Information in which I did along with pictures of my confirmed appointment and my deposit I made . I still haven’t received my refund for services I didn’t get . It’s day 3 and still no refund or communication. I have reported this establishment to Booksy and it’s under investigation. 0/10 I do not recommend And now she has changed my appointment to today without my consent. Just give my refund please. Day 4 still no refund . She even sent threatening text messages as if all of this is my fault. Idk who “them” “Those”, or “negative people like you are”and I’m sure not your honey. I was a new client inquiring about a service in which I never received . Grace, her behavior is very unprofessional and unacceptable did bad undermining business .
