I made the 3:15pm appt before 5am on the day of the appointment. My appointment time was confirmed several times before the scheduled time. Near the t...ime of the appointment, my daughter and her dad are at Sola Salons where the appointment is supposed to take place. At 3:18pm, I get a text with a different address. I responded that I was confused and asked if the appt is supposed to be at this new address. The response was “yes, sorry I was with a client”. C’mon! I made this appt before 5am, it was confirmed several times in the am and it was impossible to inform me of where the appointment was to take place!?! The appt took place in the apartment home. My daughter was uncomfortable in the environment but wanted her hair done and she was there. So many stylists on these booking sites are here to make money and aren’t able to provide the service they advertise. I’m not sure what’s going on here but it sure feels like false advertisement . I’d like to find a stylist who has the experience of providing good customer service, who genuinely has a reputable business and respects the paying customer opposed to presenting a false business, focused on what they can get from the customer. RESPONSE***Absolutely! If you have a client in the chair you should decide to honor that client and move forward accordingly. Your house was a mess, your baby was in a car seat on the floor crying and crying with the bottle between his or her legs. It was an uncomfortable experience. when you invite clients into your home/place of business, it may affect the their experience as in this case. Luckily, my daughter only paid for 2 “cornrows”. You are a service provider, this is about the service you provided.My daughter is 14 years old going into a strangers house and you’re concerned about her dad coming in with her. Point made! These service providers are looking for a quick buck. My advice, learn the business side of you genuinely have a skilled service to sell.2 feed-ins straight back with horrible edges! Show more

I am sorry for the inconvenience, but the only reason why she might have felt uncomfortable is because I didn't want her waiting or her dad waiting in the care. I had a client still in the chair. Normally, I don't even allow two people in my area. So, this is a wake up call for me. I am never going to feel sorry for anyone anymore. If you come and I am with a client, you will wait or cancel your appointment. Secondly, my business is organized, I know what I am doing and my grateful clients love and appreciate my work, it's nothing fake. I am posting her photos now so everyone can see what I did. People like you are really not welcome to my business area. Thank you so much for the 2 stars.
