The issue was that you don’t know the names of haircuts. You asked for a medium fade but did not show the photos until after the cut an the photo was of a drop fade not a medium fade. Mid cut yes once my barber called I told you to come back at 5 why because you were dissatisfied but the reality is you should learn the names of the haircuts or show the photo prior to the haircut. Also the haircut wasn’t finished when you left that was on purpose it’s called client satisfaction meaning if you are dissatisfied you were able to come back at 5 and explain to the manager your dissatisfaction. You also failed to mention you were not only comped a $20 off coupon but you also were given free product and a razor edge up free. … YOUR HAIRCUT DID NOT COME OUT HOW YOU WANTED BECAUSE YOU DIDNT KNOW THE CORRECT NAME OF THE HAIRCUT. That wasn’t on the barber that was on you. Also your hair was blended fine I looked at it I just redid it because you said you didn’t like it. Thanks for giving us your business feel free not to use your coupon for $20 off. Also you been in the army 10 years I’m sure you had way worst experiences the 1 star you left just reflects the type of customer you are we don’t need your business. (THE PHOTOS POSTED WAS AFTER MANAGEMENT STOPPED THE SERVICE AN ASKED CLIENT TO COME BACK AT 5 PHOTOS WERE NOT OF A FINISHED CUT)
