Thank you for your feedback, however, I’d like to take the opportunity to rate you as a client and I give it a zero. Your attitude was distasteful and nasty from the moment I talked to you over the phone. This doesn’t even make sense because if your closure was lifting immediately after leaving the salon why didn’t you call or come back so the problem could be resolved? Yet, you wait an entire month to say something. You’ve been negative since you booked an appointment with me so I’m not surprised that this came from someone like you. You’re definitely fired from my chair. I don’t tolerate negative energy.
