I just moved to Deltona, this was my first haircut in the area. My appointment was at 10:15 and I walked in at 10:17. I missed my turn and was 2 minut...es late. I get that I was late, but come on, it was 2 minutes. Johnny had just sent me a text asking if I was still coming (seemed a little rude but maybe I'm just sensitive) and I walked in as I was reading the text. He already had another person in his chair. He told me he'd "get me right now" but then she started telling him what she wanted. Turns out she was a walk-in and he hadn't started the cut yet. So instead of handing the client off to the other barber that wasn't doing anything (who also takes walk-ins because he took one while I was waiting) he starts to cut her hair and I wait for almost an hour. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and hoped the cut would be worth it. When he calls me over, I explained in detail what I wanted: A medium skin fade, to have my top evened out because it was currently uneven, but to not go too short up top, especially on my right side. Not only did he not listen (he took clippers to my right side and cut it even shorter and somehow even more uneven) but he was very aggressive with my head when he was doing the fade. Way too aggressive. I've been getting skin fades for 10 years and have never been pushed around like that before. And then he took a video of my head when he was done, without saying anything about it or asking for my permission beforehand. I am extremely disappointed with the haircut, the experience, the money spent, the fact that I was filmed without consent, and the 2 hours of my life that were wasted. Hair grows back, yes, but it takes a while and I still don't like it. I will not be returning and would not recommend Johnny to anyone until he improves the quality of the service he provides. Exelente clean clean haircut!, no tuve que darle ninguna queja por que todo lo hizo excelente con cada detalle de las cejas, detrás de las orejas,cerq...uillo etc... muy professional y dedicado a lo que esta haciendo y eso es muy importante para mi y sobretodo muy buena gente. Los demás barberos muy buena gente también todos me saludaron y es muy buen ambiente. Llevo 4 años en Florida y esta ha sido mi mejor experiencia con un barbero. Oficialmente tengo nuevo Barbero!
