You purchased 2 cuts at a discount, I texted you an hour before, called you 30 minutes before, I did my best to communicate I would not be able to stop doing the client in my chair to start yours, she was started later than scheduled as well, as the client before her went over, I reached out to her before also, she had also opted for the prepay discount as well, and as she was a first time client, I will never rush through one client in order to start the next. Every client in my chair is going get my full attention until they are finished. Period. You know this Marc, if I knew what you needed to fix this.
