so just to clarify how you’re very disappointed about something you weren’t present for. should i have done what the client (kid) wanted or what the paying customer (grandma) wanted? they both came in telling me a different thing they wanted for the haircut i tried my best to accommodate both. and if you’re paying for the haircut how am i going to know what you want when you didn’t come to the appointment. seems like family mis communication and nothing to do with the service. and yes he does come alone so im not sure why his grandma came in with him asking me for a different haircut. and im not to sure how you’re saying it’s a bad service when i did do what he asked me first just a taper no trim. asked him if it was good he said yes then he got off. him and the grandma started arguing about the top of his hair. i trimmed it after he sat back down and told me to do it. so im not sure if i should have said no to trimming it not sure what you're disappointed about. just don’t think its fair for you to rate a low review when i’ve giving your son consistent haircuts for quite some time. and the one time someone else brings him in asking for something else you decide to leave a bad review for something that has nothing to do with the service.
