I have an anxious teen w autism who was very nervous to go in. Nelson didnt know any of that, but was really kind. He took his time and trimmed and sh...aved my son's hair. It was our 1st time there. I didnt have a pic and my son isn't very verbal about things, but once I explained the request my son wanted, he knew exactly what to do. My son was extremely happy w the results.
