  Upon booking a 10 min grace period is applied to your booking. For both myself and my client, unfortunately unforeseen life events can cause this. At the 15 min mark, you are considered late and the late fee will be applied. This applies to all of my clients simply because I am appointment only and 12 hr in advance booking. After 20 min max I will have to cancel or reschedule your appointment. “No Show”You cannot use the same deposit for a new appointment if you cancel same day. That defeats the purpose of the deposit and gives my guest the opportunity to stand me up twice. Same day squeeze ins are rare, if possible it is a $50 fee. Thank you
