The experience is always calming and uplifting. Dr. Butner is a great listener allowing you to express and explain. He makes observations that I miss ...perhaps being in the thick of things. When I think a situation is dark, he points out the progress he sees. I leave feeling lighter, with a little more hope. He makes good use of our time. The space feels comfortable yet safe and private. The entrance to the building lacks any directions or signage - there is no check in process. This seems strange upon your first visit, but he is very punctual and will retrieve you from the waiting area at your appointment time. You also check out/pay with him in the same room, also good to know ahead. Show more
