I really tried to like this stylist considering we started on a bad start. I scheduled and prepaid 100 for bob quick weave. I arrived 10 min early for... my scheduled 1:55 appointment . Only to be that my appointment was at 4 . I ask for refund but was hesitant of outcome. I returned at 4 for a two hour appointment however I guess she was running behind my hair got started at 5:34 shampoo my finished tilt was not complete until 8:40. So let break down this one star I have some concern about nuances I may not know about I ask her not to use a hot comb because I she could not regulate the temp and lack of use of heat protector and quality products. Her assistant and I quote “said he want to beat my ass” for what I’m perplexed. You burned ear snatched my hair my appointment was two hours late and ran over two hours and my bob cut is messed up.Also this is a cash only business even though I paid my deposit on this app. At least I paid unlike the customer before ran out on her 65 dollar tab for her flat iron. This was by far the worst hair appointment of my life. I wish you the best definitely invest in better quality products and better techniques in handing kinky natural hair and open to feedback from your clients as it pertains to their hair needs.
