Haircut was fine, but I didn’t think it was a 5-star experience for a few reasons: 1) Most of the haircut was spent in silence. Even after I prompted ...Christopher to engage in conversation, he barely spoke the entire time except to ask questions about the cut. 2) He did not respect my waves at all. I’ve had waves for 7 years, cut by several different barbers, and I typically go to the shop with product in to protect them and it has never been a problem. Christopher said he doesn’t cut hair with product in it, which is fine even though it’s never been a problem for me in the past, and that he’d have to wash it. He then washed my hair in a swirling motion, against the grain of my waves and made no effort to try to lay them back down after the cut. Left the shop unhappy with that and had to fix when I got home. 3) He ran over on the previous appointment by 20 minutes talking with a customer he was very familiar with. Running over on appointments happens, I was in no rush that day so I was not pressed about that by itself. But given that he did not apologize for that when I sat down, then barely talked to me and did not give me the same experience that he gave his buddy, that definitely rubbed me the wrong way. If you don’t have waves and like a silent barber, this guy could be for you. For me, I probably won’t be back. Show more

I stay on the same block as this shop probably my 3-4th time trying to get a cut here the 3 years I lived in pilsen. The barbers here lack communicati...on and don’t value people’s time… Came here on time waited 30 minutes left without a cut… Won’t try again💯 Show more

While I prioritize the time of every client, there are instances when I am behind schedule and cannot communicate this effectively.
