The appointment was set for 1:30pm, I received a text from Lety at 1:10pm if we could push it back until 2pm. I had already gotten there and was waiti...ng in the parking lot to go in. I was disappointed with the last minute change. I have work and was working around that schedule that I set. So I had to figure out what to do for 45 mins. When I went in at 2pm, she didn’t apologize or mention anything of it. The hair cut began, I never had a curly hair cut before. Didn’t know what to expect. She couldn’t really use her voice, not sure if she was sick or getting over a cold… I didn’t care for that. I didn’t want to catch anything. I was there for only an hour at least. She didn’t walk me through any details on how to care for curly hair as she mentioned in her description. It was cut a little too short for me. I ask for a wolf cut and instead it looked very similar to bob ross. When I went to pay, it showed 130$ where the Booksy says 125$. Not sure what the extra 5$ was for. Despite all those cons, I did need a fresh cut, wash and styling and that’s what I got. I’m not sure if I will return. Just know if you book with her, she may randomly change up the time last minute. So make sure your schedule can accommodate her. Show more
