the braids were really nice and they were done really fast if I could rate them off of that alone i’d give them a five. However, the style of detangli...ng was horrible. I came blowdried, they still added more heat onto my hair by using a blow dryer again. they went over my hair multiple times with the blow dryer comb and with a small fine tooth comb and went from root to ends. effectively creating tangles and snags in my hair that was already perfectly detangled. the detangling method alone will cause me to have to cut/trim my hair that I have been growing out just fine, my hair was BSL before I came to them I fear i’ll have a bob in the best case scenario once i take these down.

Nice over the phone but braids are just ok the braid special says one thing just to get you there so they can add whatever to the price. I started wit...h 2 ppl for a good 30 mins she left never came back had another person filled in, who sat for hrs talking and rubbing in the hot spots while the amateur braided the individuals in the back very slowly 3 hr job to 6 hours very hot only one box fan on the floor went for fulani braids Braids arent full they didn't put in the curly hair for them..... paid 200.00 braid so bogus I'd rather not post pics ... Disappointed
