Best of the best. Terese is extremely intuitive and knew all my tight spots without me saying a word and hit them with precision! She is extremely cal...m, grounded, and chill which put me at ease and the hour and a half flew by! She's extremely knowledgable about the body - as you can guess with her anatomy books around her office, and can discern the root cause of a problem. She mentioned that a lot of my shoulder and back pain was due to my hips, which was spot on as I went to a physical therapist earlier in the year that said the same thing about my hip misalignment caused a lot of other downstream structural issues in my body.
