I want to update this review since my last post. The salon did everything to make it right and I went back in today for builder gel no chip mani and s...ignature pedi and they did an amazing job. While mistakes can happen, the salon did a fantastic job of wanting to correct my experience and ensure I was happy. I do still truly believe this is the best salon in the area and will continue to go to VS for my mani/pedis. I have been to this salon many times and was sadly disappointed with the pedicure I received. I had to ask the nail tech to fix one nail after it dried because it was messed up and I don’t catch it before and then once she did, I asked for dry drops which she applied and told me to wait 5 mins then I could leave. I waited 8 mins as I set a timer and then put a plastic bag on, my socks and then shoes only to get home to see the nail wasn’t dried and is messed up.
