I recently visited Raul for my son's haircut and unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with the experience. Despite having a scheduled appointment, ...the barber was 15 minutes late, which was inconvenient. Additionally, after the haircut, I noticed hair left all over my son's face and neck, which was quite messy. Even more concerning, my son ended up with cuts on his neck after the haircut. Overall, I rated my experience 2 out of 5 stars due to these issues. 2 stars because it was a good fade. I hope the establishment can address these issues to improve their service quality. Show more
