This review is weeks late, but I’m here to say Betsy is a charm. As a caretaker for a family member, I ignored my hair for 5 years. I was nervous walk...ing into the salon, but Betsy took the time to look at photos, talk to me, and make a plan for my hair that put me at ease. At the same time, I got to witness her calm in a mini-crisis at her salon. She was able to handle multiple clients and keep everyone happy. It was amazing!
