Lisa recently cut my very long hair; it is the worse haircut I have ever had. I showed her a photo & told her what I wanted but she cut my hair off in... 3 awful uneven sections at the chin, nose & forehead. I showed her the picture again, she was like "oh yeah." Does she not care? She just picked a haircut out of thin air & acted so disconnected & unconcerned. I have been so depressed and cried all day. I will never be back.
