Nice, spa-like atmosphere. Everyone was professional and kind. Gained clarity on the look I wanted for my lashes and completed a full set in an hour, ...which was great! The only drawback is when I requested a wax, I had to walk her through the proper technique, to the point it made me question if she was even an esthetician. She was very sweet, so I didn’t mind but I definitely could have saved that extra money and just waxed at home. I will likely be back for the lashes as she did a great job, but I will be more mindful to make sure things are being cleaned and handled properly with that as well. Overall still a good experience. Update—- the shop manager called to see how my visit went and how they could improve, she also offered a token of appreciation for my honest feedback. I’m very impressed and appreciative of the great customer service. Will definitely make this my go to spot now! Show more
