I had a very disappointing experience. My appointment ran significantly over time. I was in the chair for about an hour longer than expected, which wa...s frustrating and inconvenient. Unfortunately, the quality of the haircut did not make up for the delay. The cut itself was subpar: my beard wasn’t shaped properly, and the lining lacked the clean, sharp finish I was expecting. To make matters worse, I was charged a 15% tip despite specifically selecting “no tip,” which added to my frustration. By the end of the appointment, I was so worn out from the long wait that I didn’t have the energy to raise these concerns in person. Overall, I’m extremely disappointed, especially given the amount I paid. I left unhappy with both the service and the result, and I do not feel that the experience met a professional standard.
