Everyone here is personable and helpful! I’ve been here dozens of times and they always provide attentive care. Their special attention to sanitation ...is CRUCIAL and I appreciate that the MOST. I can’t recommend this place enough!!! Show more

Pedicure - the cleopatra- I have had this pedicure experience two times now. It is absolutely incredible. I don’t always have a lot of time but I have... made time for this. The massage that goes for about 75 minutes is amazing (hands, neck, shoulders, feet, ankles, calves). The staff is so kind. You can chat if you want, put headphones in, whatever you fancy. They respect whatever you want to do. I feel in my own world and leave feeling so pampered. Show more

I recently treated myself to a pedicure at The Ritzy Salon and Lounge, and let me tell you, it was the best decision I've made in a LONG time! Not onl...y is the salon absolutely beautiful (seriously, I felt like royalty just walking in), but the pedicure was top-notch. My toes have never looked better! If you're in need of some pampering and a good laugh, The Ritzy is the place to be. Trust me, your feet will thank you! Show more

Annie is the best at nails! Unfortunately the manager/owner Trish treats her staff terribly. She withholds tips and does not pay any kind of hourly wa...ge or commission. When she does nails herself they are rushed and poorly done. She recently fired a few employees that pushed back against the poor treatment, including Annie. I won’t be back, I refuse to support crooked businesses in our little town. Show more

I have been there 3 times now. This was by far the worst experience I’ve had with them or almost anywhere. The guy I like I was informed is no longer ...going to be available. These powder nails with gel on top were done by a nail manager who was not the best in kindness category. You had the feeling you were being given two examples of herself. Her comments in English and the continuing foreign language to her colleagues (without their responses). Left a bitter taste each time. Not kind to them or the client. This time was exceptionally hard. Then day 3, one of them lost the red which she recommended then charged me for that “extra“ even though I wanted powder. I’ve had this very thing in powder without he gel topping and they normally last forever. This was bad. As you can see 4 are gone. And they look like they have been on for weeks and it hasn’t been long. So if Toe comes back maybe I will be back. This is definitely not worth the money time or experience. On a positive note, the drink service is nice as they serve you like a queen. I asked for coffee and cream if was like they were serving royalty when they brought it. I don’t recommend the nail service of a particular manager. Show more
