I booked an appointment for my first time for my birthday.. I booked a full set and only received a gel manicure. But also still charged as a full set.... The gal was nice and did her best. I left very disappointed.

Birthday boy and myself got pedis to celebrate! He got number 8 by Mila, I got pedi number 3 by Finn, and I’m telling you if you want to be spoiled, c...ome to the ritzy. The customer service is second to none, from the lounge employees to the salon employees, everyone is so welcoming. Trish and Troy are the best, I’m so grateful to know them and be greeted by a happy familiar face when I walk in.

First timer here. My friend and I booked pedicures together for a relaxing day. Our appointments were at 3. We were barely greeted. After 15 minutes, ...I went back to the counter, and they brought us back then. We sat there for a while and finally got our water soak. By the time they came over to begin, our water was cold. They started mine while my friend was watching. I asked how long it would take and was told 20 minutes. I then asked who was going to begin my friends and didn't receive an answer. She began using the pumice on my foot, and it was the worst feeling, almost painful. At that point I was beyond irritated with the start of the experience, I asked her to wash the scrub off, and we left. Lack of communication, poor timing, unwelcoming environment on top of a sub-par pedicure, inferior to my typical pedicures.

Everyone here is personable and helpful! I’ve been here dozens of times and they always provide attentive care. Their special attention to sanitation ...is CRUCIAL and I appreciate that the MOST. I can’t recommend this place enough!!!

Pedicure - the cleopatra- I have had this pedicure experience two times now. It is absolutely incredible. I don’t always have a lot of time but I have... made time for this. The massage that goes for about 75 minutes is amazing (hands, neck, shoulders, feet, ankles, calves). The staff is so kind. You can chat if you want, put headphones in, whatever you fancy. They respect whatever you want to do. I feel in my own world and leave feeling so pampered.
