my appointment was at 1:30 i believe and i didn’t get into the chair until 3. she said she had another client before me which is understandable but sh...e went ghost during me waiting. i paid for my whole appointment in advance. she’s really nice but super unprofessional. i wanted to get tape ins and when i sat down she automatically gave me wefts but that’s my fault for not speaking up. i don’t know if you tell her if you want her to curl the hair or straighten it but she was in a rush during my whole appointment. false advertising online because you can definitely see my hair when i put it up even a lowkey bun you can see the hair. i texted her after my appointment on what to do and got no response. she’s a nice person on a girly aspect but horrible at a business. Super unprofessional forgot my appointment and took my deposit money to the water park when I called because I was outside her house waiting for 30 mi...nutes to see if she was still going to make it she laughed like it was funny she forgot my appointment and I have proof of my deposit and how she didn’t even offer a reschedule after I was nice about everything gave her almost a full week to make things right and she didn’t kept posting other clients and more times she’s going to scam the next person definitely take these reviews seriously she will scam you good luck love I also called the state board on you because that’s not right wish you well because you’ll find the wrong person to play with next time and they won’t be so nice Show more

would not recommend booking with her for your first time or if it is your first time Leaving this review for the owner so she can learn what first ...time customers feel about her . I was very excited to get my hair done Her feed is so nice but it has disappointed me very very much . Her ethics are 0/10 . Her communication is very poor . 3/10 . The location is in poor condition (looks abandoned) no offense ! I did let her know my name and phone number Thought evreything was set ! The location she put first was 8 west something in Indiana I wish it was updated yesterday but I got there and communicated with her and her response was “I didn’t think you were coming so I stayed home . Very unprofessional and lazy 0/10 If I had that talent of doing extensions and a job I love I would never treat my customers who are willing to drive from Chicago to Indiana :( I was very upset because I did trust her and was very excited to see her . i texted you 2 hours before your appointment to see if you were otw and you never replied. Apart from the fact you went to a completely different location and were 30 minutes late to your apt. and when i tried contacting you, you never replied. You trying to leave a “review” or an opinion on me but have never met me is insane! If i dont reply within 2 hours like i have a time frame to reply to you is so funny. And abandoned is crazy when its a newly renovated salon in the suburbs. i have clients flying in from texas driving from minnesota and ohio babe! i appreciate all of them and they get amazing services done Im happy we did not work with eachother have a great night!

Wonderful personality. But business wise was extremely difficult. She was an hour and 45 minutes late. Every girl that worked in the same shop said sh...e does this all the time. I drove 4 hours on a recommendation by my cousin. Said she would give me a discount for the inconvenience. She didn’t. Said she gave me the discount of sewing another layer in. Which I was told a price before hand and it changed once I got there. The hair didn’t match at all. Jet black with red in it on brown hair. I am devastated. So here I am a day before my wedding paying another salon to dye my hair so I won’t look crazy. The thread used to install was a light cream color. Extensions are black so the thread also had to be colored. First experience with extensions and I’m terrified to ever do them again. Show more

I booked for a synthetic install before going on a trip. I let her know in advance I wanted my color done as well because that’s what it says on her i...nstagram. I tried to reach out to her multiple times by dm and phone to let her know I also wanted my color done but I never received a response. Finally the day of she responds and says she can’t book me for the service I wanted even though I had been trying to reach her for a while. Then instead of trying to work out a solution she cancels my appointment last minute even though I was already on my way. Then I tell her my number so I could receive my deposit back and she send it to me in Apple Cash which isint compatible with my bank so I can’t transfer the money out. Show more

Came to debunk this review. i do NOT do bookings through instagram or add additional services through instagram. Only through my app. You texted me once on my number and I replied resulting to you trying to book an extra service the day of instead of adding it to your service when you booked to begin with. I never said I couldn’t service you, I said I couldn’t dye your hair that’s a 2 hour service!!! When you originally only booked a synthetic install. At that I already have my day planned and booked. I can’t just say yes to you and then push back my other clients that booked accordingly? It’s not fair to them. And at that you received your deposit. It said you accepted it. So where is the issue? I canceled bc you were being extremely persistent about something I explained multiple times. I didn’t like the vibes canceled 2 hours before your apt and sent your deposit. To prevent these problems read my policy thoroughly and book accordingly. The same way you took your time to figure out how to leave a review you could’ve used the same time to book correctly and you would’ve gotten your hair done. Thank you!!!

She is very very very bad at running a business. She constantly ghosts in the middle of conversations, deals, bookings, etc. She makes deals and can’t... remember them. She offered me a discount on my human hair install because she messed my synthetic install up and I had to drive back a second time to get it fixed 6 days after install. When I went to book she forgot. You’ll also have to deal with her kid being at your appointment which is very uncomfortable when you show up and she made no mention of it. When I went in for my appointment the entire salon was dirty, from her private room having other people’s hair thrown all over to the main salon having comb/hair all over the floor. Had my first appointment and enjoyed the results until it was time to take the hair out and now my hair is super thin in the areas I had the extensions. She doesn’t care about the heaviness of the hair and using the right methods to avoid tension. She also showed That up to my appointment stinking like w*** and was 45+ late to my first one and 2 hrs to the apt to fix it all. Funny enough, I had to book An Appointment to even make this review n she DIDNT CALL! Muah. Next day: Update to my review because little b***** b*** over here forgot that was an option, she since texted me on multiple numbers insulting me, Watch out for this one, she’s unprofessional as hell ❤️. As stated before, I liked the hair until after hair was taken down and I saw the install method isn’t good and she didn’t care. She used 28 inch hair and did wefts which causes tugging. I wanted a second appointment until she was too cracked out too remember her deals she offered. I dealt with the dirty salon cuz she was a cheap option. Don’t be fooled, don’t get your time n money wasted, she will be late to your appointment. Find a new one. N you can see from the texts she told me she remembered. Like said, too cracked out. Y’all let’s keep in mind her synthetic install lasted 4 weeks!!! Don’t forget to book😗😗, also. She messed up her hair asked me to fix it and I did for free!!!!! I told her I was having a deal on human hair NOT THAT I OFFERED YOU SPECIFICALLY A DISCOUNT. I was simply letting you know abt my promo that week and you’re mad bc you tried to book for a promo that was 2 months ago and I said NO. BC THE PROMO ENDED 2 MONTHS AGO LADY!!!! I smell like Dior babe, if my clients come in smelling like weed and leave a lingering smell that has nothing to do with me! And I can bring my child with me ANYWHERE!!! Girl don’t try to be little me I’m a single mother that works everyday with her baby that is always calm and collected at that!!!! I work 7 days out the week YOU WILL GET A REPLY WHEN I CAN, YOU WILL NEVER FIND 28” HUMAN EXTENSIONS FOR 700$ S**** B***. hello , I am on here to give a honest review! so I want to start off by saying I love you as a person but not as my hair stylist and it has nothing to... do with her work! it has to do with never being on time and never responding! she’s always at least twenty minutes late and she never respondes but she steady posting selfies and her work. and I always let that stuff slide but honestly from what happen today/last week I can not anymore! so last week I had an appointment set for a touch up and hair style which I had set up a week prior to my appointment through her app. so the day comes I leave get us our Starbucks all that and I’m about five minutes away when I go to test her cuz again she ain’t responding to none of my messages and I see she posted something on her story. so ofc I open it and it’s a ss of my appointment asking who’s it was. so I slide up say me atp I’m five min away I leave 30 min early because of where I live and I get us Starbucks. but she responded saying she’s canceling the appointment my name isn’t on it woo woo but it never asked for my name when I was setting up the appointment and she said she canceled it but it didn’t send me a notification because I didn’t have an email attached to it either. so I showed her the emails that the app has sent me because I do have my email attached to it. she said her app always having issues and we settled on me coming back next week (which would be today) for a removal. but she never tells me the time and she never responded so I pull up today at ten in the morning then 10:30 hits she still not answering my phone calls texts not even the owners calls! so the owner told me to get my deposit back and go to someone else that she always gets these types of complaints! so she texts me back about a hour in a half later claiming she over slept so I ask for my deposit back she says she’ll send it back and that was hours ago and she left me on seen!!! she know I have two kids and I work until 1 in the morning. It’s hard for me to get baby sitting , I drive 25 mins to get to her and I only get six hours of sleep in. she don’t care about your time! she don’t respect it! so keep that in mind while booking she’ll always be at least twenty minutes late and she never responds so get all the questions out the way within the first text! she has a kid but she isn’t a single parent she posted she has a hard time responding because of that y’all she called her mama to pick up her daughter in the middle of my appointment because she kept crying and that day my appointment lasted seven hours! to dye two money pieces blond and install some hair! it’s a waste of time when you can find someone more professional and better with time! this isn’t to be rude or nothing I love this girl so much as a person but definitely not as my hair stylist. my last appointment too with the money pieces and install I really didn’t like my hair at all like I said she had her daughter with and she was crying a lot of the time that day while she was bleaching my hair so it came patching and the owner said it looked over done! there are certain things you can’t just leave while you take care of another person or child. She also cut the hair and girl this hair cut isn’t it ima leave some pictures I’m crying because she cut my real hair too and now I’m scared to get this hair taken out and see how it looks. so I definitely wouldn’t let her cut y’all hair! but yeah I’m just going to leave that at that and hope I get my deposit back since she isn’t touching my hair anymore and keep not showing up to appointments that are set. take care. I think it was just my bad luck, but the blonde human hair she dyed black f...or me turned green and gray in the days following the appointment when I applied heat via curling iron. :( only disappointed that I paid more for hair that now needs to be removed soon. Some of my friends who do hair also pointed out that it looked like the weight and thickness of the extensions did not match my natural hair (even when straightened) , especially towards my frontal area. :( Show more

That so unfortunate, I dyed the hair with the same dye I dyed your hair with, I only suggested the human hair bc the synthetic would’ve been the worst option especiallyon for you that you have more curly hair. And I gave it to you for the most affordable price I have ever gave anyone. The color could’ve been a quick fix nothing for you to have to take it down
