Timeliness - We had an appt scheduled for 4 pm. The stylist asked if we could push it to 4:30 pm as one of appt was going over time. The stylist did n...ot start my nephew"s hair until 7:40 and he wasn't finished until 11 pm. Actual hair style - Amazing. My nephew requested starter locs. The locs were snug. The parts were neat. It looked great. I wish I could give 4 stars because Ragena truly has immaculate work. The time thing was an inconvenience. Show more

She trimmed my split ends, and Baby my hair came out so shiny and bouncy. Ragena suggested to me to not use any heat on my hair and get satin rollers.
