Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with me. I value your input and would like to address the issues you mentioned. The styles original price started at $95, you chose to add braiding hair to the service which was an extra $35. At the beginning of your service you came in with your hair not detangled or combed out from your pervious hairstyle which added a $35 detangling fee that was mentioned in your appointment prior to booking & totaled your appointment to $165. As a hairstylist who includes a wash & deep condition I cannot wash hair that has build up from the roots. It will mat your hair up and cause me to detangle your hair even more after the wash which would only cause more tangling. This is not my own definition of detangling this is something that I was taught in hair school. The frizziness of the hair came from the added hair that you suggested to bring in and the hair was "Spring Afro Twist" The hair is naturally kinky & frizzy and you wanted me to provide you more of a natural braid type of look. Before leaving I always ask all my clients are they satisfied with their hair or need any changes and you told me that you liked it and didn't need any changes. There seems to be alot of miscommunication & I apologize that I didn't meet your expectations. As a service provider, I strive to provide the best quality & service for all of my clients. I may not be the stylist for you but wishing you the best with your next stylist🌟
