My apologies why didn’t you say anything at the appointment you never once said you was disappointed in my services. I love when clients are honest at the time so I could have accommodate them deemed fit and necessary I believe in integrity and business morals....when I did do flex rod and the style didn’t come out like you wanted I flat ironed your hair which I don’t even offer that service at all because I am a braider and specialize in braiding thank you for patronizing my services take care and enjoy
