I love the atmosphere at Phantasy Nail quiet clean professional and friendly staff and experience and knowledgeable very very helpful and caring Thu...y did an excellent job on mail eyelashes and explained every detailed and she was very knowledgeable and helpful and caring as she applied the eyelashes my 90 year old mother loved the service she received as well as I did From VI who did an excellent job on our nails took her time didn’t rush and didn’t have back to back appointments scheduled on top of others like most nail salons. Pedicure was great!! Highly recommend full price pedicure. But in all the years I have gotten my nails done, this was not good. Nails were done on Jan... 30th. First nail to break broke backwards tearing the skin with it. This was 4 days ago. So that made a week. Second one that snapped of was two days later. Being you must use the app to make appointment and no option for fixing nails on it. I am stuck going to where my niece goes a few cities away to remove this set and start fresh. Hopefully this does not happen often. But will not take a chance returning to this place. Took pic of second finger nail to break. First one is wrapped in gauze until tomorrow when I see my doc to fix this problem. Show more
