Horrible experience! I get to place of business 15 minutes before appointment time and there’s a note on the door to text when I’m outside and wait in... car until they come and get me. How in the hell do I text someone who hasn’t contacted me after making initial consultation appt? Phone number listed on website was not a legit number, so I wasted an hour and a half of my day driving to a location for a 15 minutes before appointment appt with no service. To top it off, 2 days later and no one has contacted me about anything. Disrespectful and unprofessional!! Show more
