I recently had an appointment on 9/22 for acrylics. I came in around 2:05 and waited 10 minutes, which was perfectly okay for me. The service in total... lasted almost 3 hours, but I was given sloppy nails and the tech could not give me the design I wanted. My nails look bumpy and uneven and the colours she recommended do not mesh well. Not to mention, my cuticles were filed continuously for well over 30 minutes and are now sore to touch but I have never had that problem anywhere else. Everyone was very kind, but that sadly does not make up for the service. The spot itself was super cute, but my nails definitely lacked. Show more

The last two times I was here I made an appointment. The first time I had to wait 30 minutes beyond my appointment time to begin. My next appointment ...was for a pedicure. The woman did half of the pedicure, stopped, and then started another woman’s pedicure while I sat with my feet in lukewarm water for 20 minutes. I will no longer be coming here, it is not relaxing and more stressful with how much time you are wasting sitting there doing nothing. Show more
