A great cut is important, but what sets Carlos and Elevated apart is the attention to detail in the customer experience. I swear, I’ve been coming to Carlos for almost a year now. I find myself not minding the drive from Indiana to Chicago, because it’s an experience her...e! Carlos is very excelled at what he does and does it to perfection. He’s the only barber I’ve had that’s stayed consistent thru out and always helps making suggestions on what would look good and what would not! Any other barber would just cut it! But Carlos always aims to satisfy his clients every time! Thank you for making the community look and feel good! Show more

I booked an appointment for 4 braids and a haircut. I was almost an hour late but she still took care of my braids did a great job. Even though she co...uldnt cut me up anymore due to me being late, she still made sure i got cut by another barber in the shop. Show more
