Came in to do my starter Locs for the first time and it was One of the best experiences! Ishmael was so nice compassionate. Very professional. We talk...ed the whole time eye was in the chair. Which was good for me because eye am a talker lol! He answered all of my questions and told me what eye needed to do with my hair care. He was even going to give me an extended grace period because he knew eye was on public tranportation! Eye really enjoyed the whole time eye was there. From the wash to the end! Travelled to Chicago from NY for a bday celebration with my hair not done … thank goodness Ishmael accepted my last minute appointment! He was very co...mmunicative, made me feel comfortable, was gentle with my scalp and payed very close to detail. The first male to ever touch my Locs and will probably be the only one! My experience so far has been a great one with Ishmael. He’s very good at what he does and very efficient and knowledgeable about locs so that’s what ...I appreciate most. Finding a good stylist to maintain and grow my sons hair was very important to me considering we haven’t had too much success with previous stylists so I’m very satisfied with the service we are receiving now and plan on remaining a loyal client for as long as my son continues his loc journey.
