This was overall such a disappointing visit! I booked this appointment almost a week in advance, hoping to get my locks tighten. About an hour before ...my appointment, I was contacted by that her shampoo bowl was not available since she was just moving in, which was advertised - included in price. Thennnn, I had an extremely hard time finding the building after the "location had changed" ..once i finally found it and got a response about the suite number, at the beginnin of the appointment we discussed if doing my hair was something she could do (white girl dreads) ..i understand moving to a new location, but this was really unprofessional. She spent a total of 10 min with her hands actually on my hair. I booked a 2 hour appointment and was in the salon a total of 40 min. After slapping in a bunch of gel in my half ass retwisted dreads, they threw me under a dryer for the remainder of the time.... during that time, two gentlemen came in and completely took her attention. I get shit, im human, but i barely had the funds to make this appointment..let alone...after 30 min under the dryer ...i was finished. Not to mention mid-moving into this hidden location in sandles and basketball shorts. This was a pretty horrible experience for me..spent $105 to come home and wash hard ass gel out of my hair and cry!! I really wish you could have been straightforward when i asked if she had done hair like mine before. Idk where the 5 stars reviews are coming from, but that's a hard pass for me!!! Show more

Hey thanks for leaving your feedback . I responded to your message about the suite number before your appointment time and you still came in before your appointment time , everyone has to locate the suite or call ( not hidden , has surrounding businesses) . You asked if i did your type of hair before i have had yes i have ( no problems ) . I also asked if you’d like a retwist or interlock considering your hair texture, interlock would last you longer and you SPECIFICALLY said you just wanted to do a retwist (also asked how you normally maintain your hair, you said you don't know). You also only had locs in the back so of course it wouldn’t take me long (i can do a whole retwist in and hour) . Anybody that came in the shop while you were under the drying while your not requiring my attention will get my attention so yes i talked to them as were still renovating the salon . My attire also has nothing to do with my work. Seems like you just had a problem with everything . Sorry i couldn’t satisfy you today.
