First off my appointment was originally the 3rd I booked early and paid my deposit as soo n as I made it there she cancelled and sent my deposit back ...but i was already in the shop she said she couldn’t make it and to just book for tomorrow early so i booked again 9am and was there at 9am after rushing to get cash for the rest of the appointment also I paid for my parking at 9am which was only 2 hrs(also the time my appointment was supposed to take) I sat in the shop a whole hour before she came which was 10am now she walked in didn’t apologize for being a hour late or anything just got to doing my hair then didn’t give me any money off for being late an HOUR late also all this is happening on my BIRTHDAY i had a birthday dinner at 12 that i missed because she didn’t finish my hair until 1pm i was upset because that was super unprofessional and ill never go back or recommended anyone there. Yes I did have to cancel her original appointment but I sent her deposits back as soon as I did. I texted the number that was on file to let her know. When I spoke with her I asked if she can do it the following day at **9:30am** she decided to book for 9am. I did show 30min late and got straight to work on her head. I can take accountability for being 30min late but her install was still on point 🩷🫶🏽 also a simple text would've been. Nice and we could've figured it out.
