Dip In Powder Manicure No Chip Pedicure

I asked my nail technician to cut my nails as short as she could while keeping the oval shape. Unfortunately, she cut them so short that they lost the...ir shape. While trying to file them back to the oval shape she ended up giving me cuts along 3 of my fingers, causing them to bleed. Overall, my nails look good but they are not the shape I had hoped for. I am just upset about the cuts and am worried about a possible infection. Show more

Update: After showering last night, the polish on the remainder of my nails peeled off as well. Not even chips, but the polish fully intact. This was ...on day 8 of having builder gel, which should last 2-3 weeks. I gave this salon a go and had a pleasant experience while I was there, but will not be returning. This was my first time here - I typically go to another salon nearby, but decided to try since the services are slightly more affordable. The staff was kind, the environment was relaxing, and I appreciated the attention to my cuticles. However, I got Builder Gel which has always lasted me at least 2, if not 3 weeks; after just 7 days, the polish on one of my nails came off completely. Not worth the few dollars saved since I now have to pay for a fully new service at another salon. Show more

I was called many times to try get my appointment rescheduled for earlier in the day - I had made the appointment on the same day and the timing was t...he earliest I could come as I work until 5:00 on Saturday evenings. Calling once is fine - but I received two calls and two voicemails which I felt was inconsiderate. I also cannot use my phone at work easily so I could not respond. Upon arriving to my appointment, I was made to wait 15 mins for someone to start my pedicure. This was upsetting as they had called me to try to get me to come early but clearly didn’t have someone ready when I arrived on time. The place was closing in an hour and I felt my service was rushed. An hour for a pedicure and no chip manicure is not enough - at least should take 1 hour & 15 mins. At the end, I was told I had to pay with Venmo and had to pay a fee to my bank for not having enough money in my account. I was not told beforehand that the credit card machine was out of service and I always pay with a credit card. I am a regular client here & felt underserved. Show more

This salon is ok. Both times I’ve gotten pedicures, and they both have been just ok. This last time I got a spa pedicure and I feel I could have saved... my money, it felt like a regular pedicure. I wasn’t happy with the polishing of my toes. But what really gets me is the receptionist, who doesn’t greet you unless you’re a regular, and sits on her phone scrolling even though there’s customers at the reception desk, again unless you’re a regular. I’ve worked at a salon doing nails for many years so I know what exceptional customer service looks like, and at this place it’s something they lack. Show more

I like this salon. I can get in easily and historically they do a good job. I like that they do a short shoulder massage at each visit. My last visi...t was disappointing. The woman who did my nails seemed uninterested. I said I want Ballet Slippers and she said I don't know it, give me a number She never soaked my nails and she rushed through the manicure and did no edge clean up so in a couple nails there was polish on the cuticles. And I had to file one nail when I got home because it had a rough edge, I definitely will go back because I like the salon but not all manicurists are the same so I'll ask to not have the person I had last time.
