I’ve been to Yana several times before and never had an issue, but after this last experience, I won’t be returning. I got my hair dyed on March 11, a...nd when I stepped into natural light, I immediately saw that the color was nowhere near what I had requested. I went back to address my concerns, but the salon was locked, so I reached out via Instagram. At first, Yana offered to fix the mistake, but after considering my hair’s health, I asked for a refund or another resolution. Instead of handling the situation professionally, she ignored my messages—leaving them on seen multiple times without a response. I understand that mistakes happen, but how a stylist handles them is just as important as the service itself. The complete lack of accountability and communication was extremely disappointing. I was hoping to resolve this privately, but since Yana refuses to acknowledge the issue, I feel it’s important for others to be aware. If you’re looking for professionalism and good customer service, I would not recommend this salon. On the right is my hair and the left is the inspiration pic. regardless of it’s supposed to be a darker version of the original, It is still a subpar quality of a dye job Show more
