My daughter had an appointment scheduled for 11AM. At 10:17 she texted saying we could come early because her previous appointment was late. At 10:52 ...as we were about to pull in the parking lot she messaged saying her previous appointment had arrived and that it would take her an hour and forty minutes to finish the lady’s hair. I pushed back my entire work schedule and sat in my car with a four year old for two hours as we had already driven 40 minutes to get there and my daughter really needed her hair done. At 12:59 I messaged her asking how much longer as she had exceeded the hour and forty minutes and she responded “Can we do 3:30 I’ll do it for 65 instead cause she changed her style on me”. To further inconvenience my child and I who were on time for our appointment is unacceptable so at that point I told her to just cancel the appointment because why would we sit around and wait for you for another two and a half hours. Thankfully I was able to find someone else that was able to squeeze my daughter in. Show more

Literally the most unprofessional experience ever. I booked a loc retwist for my 9 y.o daughter before she starts school on Monday (today is Friday) f...or 10 am. I arrived to the shop at 0957 and Shaquiea was not there. One of the barbers said “oh she’ll be at least 10-15 mins late” ok.. so my daughter & I waited in the shop till 1015 the barber and I called her no answer. She texted her co worker back saying she was on her way around 1030. She texted me stating she overslept due to doing hair the night before but was on her way. At this point I should have left but again my daughter needs her hair retwisted before school. 11am comes and the stylist still hasn’t arrived. I call her and she says she will be at the shop in 5 minutes. I am irritated but fine.. 5 more minutes… At 1108 she calls me and says “Do you want to push the appointment back I am stuck on the side of the road.” Beware if you book with her smh. Show more

My appointment was at 10am I drove 40 min to get there and arrived at 9:55. She had someone else in the chair, told me she'd be ready in 1 1/2 hrs. I ...left and drove back home. Very unprofessional and the barber shop she works out of is not for the weak...just sayin. Show more
