Terrible experience. Do not recommend at all. One of the women ate her food/lunch and washed her hands in the same bowl they wash hair in. I’m not in...terested in having food residue in my hair. Never saw that before. I booked a wash and roller set, but had to cancel in the very beginning of the appointment due to lack of care. I’m not sure how you “wash” a clients hair, but the nape of my hair is still dry AFTER the wash. After the “wash” I just asked for her to blow dry my hair, considering it was 40 degrees outside. She kept going over the shaft of my hair, but not really my roots. I haven’t had heat damage in almost 10 years, unfortunately I have some now. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Show more
