I booked an appointment with Talia because she gave me a haircut before and I really liked it. I looked for her and found her and booked an appointme...nt. I was actually exited to get a haircut from her and was actually early to my appointment because she even charges if you’re late. To my surprise she had just started cutting someone else’s hair and did not care about my time. So not saying her job is bad, is just she needs to respect the customer’s time. #customerservice Show more
