This was a terrible experience. My appointment was at 11:30 and one sister shows up and says the other will be there in a few minutes to start my hair.... Fast forward 45 mins and she finally shows up. She looks miserable the whole time she is doing my hair. You could tell her skills weee lacking. I asked for curls and showed them a pic of their own style and she couldn’t duplicate it. The curls looked terrible. When I complained they told me I had diff hair and that was the issue. I asked my I wasn’t told this behand becuz I would have picked a different style. I asked if they could redip my hair so it was just straight again. They both said they had never done that and didn’t know how. I laughed because I thought they were joking. But no, they doubled down and said they had never done it and wouldn’t start today. I was then blamed for the sister being late becuz I didn’t respond to their text that was a response to my question about what hair to bring. Steer clear of them. Not worth your time! Show more
