If I could give no stars I would. I normally never give anyone a bad review. I work in the service industry myself, so I know how important customer s...ervice and communication is to a client. When I get to the salon I sit in the stylist's chair, and I show her a picture of the 2 braid style I want. She then takes my pack of hair and begins to cut it up. After she cuts my hair up she slicks 1 side of my hair down with Jam product. She begins to braid the hair, and midway through the braid I stop her and correct her on one thing. She says ok, rudely speaks French to the other stylist, then takes the hair out of my head and says "I can't do your hair because I do it my way, and I can't continue" I say, well do it your way, and she says no! She then begins to pack up my pack of hair (that she cut up), and gives it to me to make me leave. All I said to her was if you could not do the style once you saw the picture, then you shouldn't have even touched my head to begin with. She left me hanging with half a sticky head full of Jam product, and used braiding hair. It was a nightmare! I was pissed, and will never ever go back there again! That was my lesson learned for trusting a place I knew nothing about. Hopefully my review will help you make your decision. Show more
