Im speechless. I dont mind spending money, but being professional and having an open line of communications is very big to me. My sons appointment was... at 1245, and she was one hour late. I do understand things happen, and im ok with that. However, I sent my son to get instant Locs, and he came home with i dont know what to call this. After speaking with this young lady on how dissatisfied i was, she gets mad and tells me im rude and the breakdown on instant Locs. She should have explained this to me before she started, and after I offered to reschedule because she was running late, she refused and we are in this moment. But she insisted on the appointment. I dont know the difference between 4C hair and any other texture of hair. It's not my career field. It's yours and things should have been explained to me, not a 14yo that doesn't know better. So not only was i dissatisfied, but customer service wasn't good at all. I was told by her she need 2-3hrs to do his hair and I should not have book knowing he had football practice. Well if you needed 3hrs I gave it to you, 1245 to 345, if you were on time you would have gotten the 3hrs you required. No, I didn't have a full understanding on what I was booking, again that is your expertise to educate me. When you saw his hair and what was asked it was on you to call me and let me know how it would turn out. Not just do it and call me rude. I think i had the right to be upset. I never cuss you or raised my voice, but i did express concern. At the end all she needed to do was apologize and maybe offer to fix it. But we are here. She told me i can't book her anymore, she right i wasnt coming back. Maybe the ppl with 4C hair will have a better experience Show more

Thank you for half feedback yet again. You left l ALOT out . You knew you had a full day and still tried to squeeze a hair appointment in knowing your child had football practice immediately after. you were rude and you received a courtesy I didn't have to be nice but I choose too. You should know not to book anything you don’t have knowledge on . When we spoke on the phone I explained everything to you’ . Have a nice day
