I’m guessing this is what I paid for? I book for hybrid I told her I didn’t want my lashes longer than 15mm but some of these are 16mm. I could’ve did... this myself or went and got cheap ones from beauty supply store and put them on myself. She was cutting and pulling out my real lashes, there’s glue all over my lash line irritating my eyes and burning, throughout the service she was cutting my lashes… like why are you cutting lashes? Do you not have the correct size in stock?? It just looks tacky, my friend recommend me but I’m wondering if she even is an esthetician certified to do lashes because this isn’t it. She was a nice girl but these are not what I paid for. I asked for hybrid. These look like regular cheap big lashes. And they don’t have any curl to them. I still paid her and left without complaining because I respect her work. Just don’t false advertise especially for $115 Show more

Hey, sorry you feel that way! I am a licensed esthetician going on 2 years. The lash length was in fact 15mm C curl. There was a piece that I did remove so you wouldn't be left irritated. You left with a smile and said you loved them so I was unaware. In addition, I wouldn't have left unhappy with a service I paid and tipped for.. If you weren’t happy with them I would’ve been more than happy to remove them, still am! Still here if you would like to resolve the issue, Thank you!
