The business was close. I went to both locations. At first, I didn't notice she had a new location that was in small print. That's my fault! Luckily, ...I was early, and the new location was 4 min away. The phone number that's listed is not in-service. Well, I get there, and it's a ghost town. A waste of my time and drive. Now, im trying to figure out how to get my refund back for the deposit.

I would like to start with a apology! I’m so sorry this has happened it was a honest mistake. I never would have wasted your time by having you come and not show. I did not get the notification that I had anyone booked yesterday. I did go and process a refund for your deposit and I would hope you would allow me to service you in the future.
