I would steer clear of lock maintenance with Nicole Gardner. When I went home, I was able to further look at my roots. I had double / triple loops in ...the same direction & knots in my roots. This was the most unprofessional service that took 6hrs and should have been 3-4hrs. Literally nasty work! Seriously considering legal action as bad as this service was! 4 years of my hair growth destroyed by negligence! I trusted she could do a good job and she completely ruined my f***ing hair! She’s a scammer! Do not let her do your hair. I am seeing knot after knot and she has not even fully compensated me or apologized!! I am sick to my stomach.
