And honestly yes the braids are neat and beautiful but what really put this over the top for me .. like ...10/10 was how easy it was to book, how easy it was to get in contact with her to ask questions, and how sweet she is. I did not have to jump through any hoops I just booked my appointment and that’s it. Whew! Yes! Lol I’ve been traumatized lol but Dianna was amazing thank you so much!
