I booked my appointment at 2 she asked can I come early, came early now she telling me I need a detox bc I have build up but on the booking site it do...esn’t say anything about buildup. The detox would have been $40. There’s a $15 dollar booking fee that doesn’t apply to the style or final cost I have never heard of anything like it. I’ll never book again. Bad experience. By the way it’s a kid she’s asking do he want a detox! & there’s nothing to be confused about I’ll never book again. We spoke on the phone serval times. Great day ma’am.

That not what happen i ask him would he like a detox because he have build up and he said yea i told him it an extra 40 that when he said he couldn't get so i processed with the service and also its stated on my details that its a 15 dollar booking fee and it not included with service cost i also asked was you ok with the details before we process and you said yes so again im confused and you just drop a kid off and not speak to a stylist
