It says on my Booksy profile for new clients to call before booking, you didn’t do that and i still took you I adjusted the time so that I can be on time and after completing the service you originally booked, I gave my recommendation based on you sitting in the chair and explaining how the last barber messed your scalp which was inflamed badly( I still took you even though I didn't have to the way your head looked) you asked me did I have time to complete a facial treatment on your head right then. I told you I did, but reminded you that you told me you had somewhere to be by 11 am ( so you were done before the time you had to be at the place you told me. So you knew you was paying for that service. I did tell that you needed steam treatment and only charged you half price for that because I did do it on my own . At the end of the day i explained everything to you and still gave you a discount as well as offering those same services you paid for free on your next visit. I went above and beyond on your service and still tried to accommodatel you. I have a camera on site for these exact reasons. I will never just force any client to pay for a service that wasn’t provided. I hope your head is better now and wish the best for you sir.
