All makeup must be removed before appointment. The skin must be freshly washed and moisturized prior. Primer will be provided during session.
There will be a form provided via email after appointment is secure. Please notify if any allergies prior to session.
Eyebrows must be groomed.
No cellphone usage during the session. In case of emergency, breaks can be made to accommodate.
Please be available at the time scheduled. I am a mobile service and will be spending time and money to get to your location. If you are not at the location provided at the scheduled time, you will be provided a 10 min grace period with additional late fee of $25 added at the time of checkout. If it is passed 10 min, I will assume our session is canceled and full amount will be charged.
Microbleding must be fully healed at the time of appointment.
$20 deposting fee is required at the time of booking. The remaining amount will be due at the completion of service. Your spot will not be secure until deposit is paid.
Rescheduling must be made, 24 hrs in advance. If you are unable to make appointment and it is less than 24 hrs in advance, partial payment would be due. (In some cases, exemption can be applied).
Please allow time for your session and 10-15 min after for clean up/pictures.
Please allow a couple hours if needed. All time slots are listed on our service page. Rushing the process will not be talorated and we may decline to service you in the future if this does occur.
No call no shows will not be talorated and full amount will be charged in full. Raw art does reserve the right to refuse service to anyone due to, but not limited to: no call no shows, unpaid service, negative or poor attitude during session, consistently late, and other factors that cause a negative experience for both parties.
